I am passionate about how suppressed emotions show up in the body symptomatically. Yes, that includes your aches and pains! I believe the body tells us everything we need to know in order to heal itself.

Treatments would be considered deep tissue (I practice Systemic Deep Tissue Therapy ®️ ), but always within your tolerances.

Life is chaotic. At Cushna, our hope is to provide a space in which deep rest is possible, even if it’s just for a small moment.
